Ensemble Health Partners is hiring a Senior Patient Access Specialist to support hospital admissions, patient registration, insurance verification, and point-of-service collections at Lovelace Regional Hospital in Roswell, New Mexico.

What You’ll Do

Register and admit patients accurately and efficiently

Verify insurance eligibility and benefits

Assign MRNs and process physician orders

Collect point-of-service payments and offer payment plans

Explain consent forms, Medicare documents, and ABNs

Conduct account audits and ensure compliance

Train and mentor Patient Access staff

Create staff schedules and provide on-call support
Required Qualifications

1–3 years of Patient Access or Revenue Cycle experience

Associate Degree or equivalent healthcare experience
