Ensemble Health Partners is hiring a Medical Records specialist / Health Information Management (HIM) Specialist to support documentation accuracy and revenue cycle operations at Methodist – Le Bonheur Outpatient Center in Memphis, TN.

What You’ll Do

Review and analyze electronic medical records for completeness and accuracy

Resolve missing documentation in Meditech EMR

Follow up with providers and clinical departments on documentation gaps

Assign chart deficiencies and manage HIM work queues
-
Track unbilled accounts and report documentation status

Ensure compliance with CMS and Joint Commission standards
What We’re Looking For

EMR or medical records experience preferred

Healthcare revenue cycle or HIM experience a plus

Knowledge of CMS and Joint Commission regulations preferred

Willingness to earn CRCR certification within 9 months (company paid)
