Overview
TrueScripts Management Services is seeking a highly experienced Application Developer to join our innovative healthcare technology team. This is a full-time remote Application Developer role, supporting prescription benefit management (PBM) systems used by clients across the United States.
As an Application Developer at TrueScripts, you will design, develop, and maintain secure web applications, APIs, Azure cloud solutions, and SQL Server databases that support prescription claims processing, analytics, and enterprise healthcare workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain secure enterprise websites and REST APIs

Build and support Blazor web applications

Create and manage Azure Functions and cloud services

Design and maintain SQL Server databases in Microsoft Azure

Develop and optimize SQL stored procedures

Monitor, troubleshoot, and debug daily data jobs and integrations

Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and business users to gather requirements

Support Clinical Care, Account Management, and Finance workflows with data-driven solutions

Ensure security, scalability, and performance across all applications
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

8+ years of professional Application Developer experience

4+ years of experience with C# and SQL Server

Strong experience with:

C#, SQL, PowerShell

HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery

Vue.js, Blazor

Experience developing secure internal and external web applications and APIs

Knowledge of database design concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Slowly Changing Dimensions)

Familiarity with or willingness to learn OpenID Connect and Azure B2C

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Experience with Microsoft Azure platforms and services

Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
Preferred Skills

Experience with healthcare systems, PBM platforms, or prescription claims data

Knowledge of transactional processing or accounting systems
