This role focuses on collaborative, patient-centered cancer care, medication optimization, and evidence-based treatment support.

What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized oncology and ambulatory clinical pharmacy services

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams

• Optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes

• Deliver patient counseling and medication education

• Support evidence-based cancer treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy

• Active Oregon Pharmacist License (upon hire)

• PGY-1 & PGY-2 residency or equivalent experience

• Board of Pharmacy Specialties certification within 2 years

• 2+ years of senior ambulatory or oncology pharmacy experience
  OR 5+ years pharmacy practice experience (with relevant setting experience)
