Job Summary
Providence St. Mary Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered pharmaceutical care in an acute care hospital setting in Walla Walla, Washington. This role focuses on optimizing medication therapy outcomes through collaboration with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to inpatient populations

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy

Active Washington State Pharmacist License (upon hire)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (where applicable)
Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of acute care hospital pharmacy experience

Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
