Job Overview
Providence Health & Services is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join the team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, Washington. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered pharmaceutical care and work closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy outcomes.
This position focuses on delivering safe, cost-effective medication management while supporting improved patient health and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities

Provide individualized pharmaceutical care to patients

Review and optimize medication therapy plans

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams

Ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication use

Support pharmacy operational services and clinical initiatives

Contribute to improved patient outcomes and quality of care

Required Qualifications
-
PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) or Bachelor of Pharmacy

Washington Pharmacist License (required upon hire)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification where applicable

Eligibility to obtain Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License
Preferred Qualifications
-
1+ year of acute care hospital pharmacy experience

Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
