Job Overview

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join the team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, Washington. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered pharmaceutical care and work closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy outcomes.

This position focuses on delivering safe, cost-effective medication management while supporting improved patient health and quality of life.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized pharmaceutical care to patients

  • Review and optimize medication therapy plans

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams

  • Ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication use

  • Support pharmacy operational services and clinical initiatives

  • Contribute to improved patient outcomes and quality of care


Schedule

  • Full-Time

  • Variable shift

  • 40 hours per week


Required Qualifications

  • PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) or Bachelor of Pharmacy

  • Washington Pharmacist License (required upon hire)

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification where applicable

  • Eligibility to obtain Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License


Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of acute care hospital pharmacy experience

  • Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
