Job Overview

The Associate Phlebotomist provides laboratory-related support services, assisting both in-house departments and external patients/clients with:

  • Laboratory test orders and specimen requirements

  • Reference laboratory testing guidance

  • Lab report information and result clarification

  • Coordination between the laboratory and clinical departments

This role acts as a key liaison between the Lab and internal/external stakeholders to ensure accurate testing processes and timely communication.

Required Qualifications

  • Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification (required upon hire)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous laboratory or phlebotomy experience
