Job Summary

Moburst is seeking an experienced AI Operations Specialist to manage, monitor, and optimize AI-powered systems and automation workflows. This role requires hands-on experience with Python, APIs, JSON, LLM tools, and automation platforms.

The ideal candidate will ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems, including content generation tools, AI agents, and lead generation automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance (QA) on AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and logical structure

• Monitor and maintain AI agents, automation workflows, and API integrations

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, API failures, and system bottlenecks

• Optimize system performance and improve AI workflow efficiency

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI tools and automation systems

• Debug and optimize code using Python, JSON, and API-based architectures

• Use LLM tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to improve system logic and outputs

• Document issues, fixes, and system improvements for internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 2+ years of experience in AI operations, software development, or automation engineering

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Python programming

  • REST APIs and API integrations

  • JSON data structures

  • Web architecture and backend systems

• Experience with AI/LLM tools (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot)

• Experience in automation tools, AI workflows, and system monitoring

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with machine learning operations (MLOps) or AI deployment

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

• Experience working in digital marketing, growth, or lead generation tools

• Knowledge of data pipelines and workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
