Job Responsibilities:

• Perform blood collection (phlebotomy) from patients of all ages

• Process and coordinate laboratory specimen collection

• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards

• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records

• Support clinical laboratory operations

Required Qualifications:

• California Certified Phlebotomy Technician I or II License (required upon hire)

• California Fire and Life Safety Card (within 30 days of hire)

• Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience in a related field

• Hands-on phlebotomy experience

• Education meeting certification/licensure requirements
